Three-vehicle wreck closes Highway 99W

   Both lanes of Highway 99W were closed about three hours Tuesday afternoon due to a three-vehicle wreck just south of Dundee.    According to police on the scene and eyewitness reports, the wreck occurred when a 1991 Kenworth semi-trailer driven by 53-year-old Mark Folsom, of Portland, collided with a 2005 Scion and pushed it into a Waste Management garbage truck driven by 47-year-old McMinnville resident Michael Lingle.
