I just read Mr. Ed Fredenburg’s guest opinion in the May 22 edition of The Newberg Graphic.
His argument, headlined “Democratic presidents – good for the economy,” is that when the Dow, the S&P and the NASDAQ rise significantly, so does economic growth.

Thanks to the Oregon Library Passport Program, a three-year pilot sponsored by the Oregon Library Association’s Resource Sharing Committee, those with a full-service library card in Newberg may be able to use the full services of any other library in Oregon.
