Newberg City Council breathes new life into UGB proposal

Land use — After voting in February to reconsider previous discussion, City Council stays the course

   Exactly one month after agreeing to reconsider an earlier decision on the Newberg south industrial urban growth boundary (UGB) amendment, the City Council voted to follow the same course of action during its meeting this week.
