   SALEM — The Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) released its opinion on the Newberg-Dundee Bypass appeal filed by Dundee resident Mart Storm, ruling in favor of ODOT and Yamhill County regarding the location of a proposed temporary interchange south of Dundee.
