What would happen if one of the many trucks that traverse Newberg every day, one transporting hazardous materials, were to overturn on Hancock Street and spill its load on a group of George Fox students making their way to Coffee Cottage or Chapters for a hot cocoa and some good conversation?
While Providence Newberg Medical Center officials hope nothing like that ever happens, they will be prepared nonetheless.
