Newberg’s quest to expand its south industrial urban growth boundary (UGB) by 260 acres took another turn Monday night, as a flurry of motions approved near the end of the City Council’s regular meeting delayed consideration of the matter by the Yamhill County Board of Commissioners, which had been scheduled for Thursday morning.
