Senior quarterback Andrew Reichenbach breaks a tackle during the first half of Newberg’s 36-13 loss to Glencoe at home on Friday. Reichenbach was limited to 28 yards rushing and 11 yards passing as the Tigers played on their new artificial turf field for the first time.
Newberg held the Glencoe offense in check for two quarters on Friday night, but wasn’t ready for Jake Weddle, who helped the Crimson Tide dominate the second half en route to a 36-13 victory at the recently-upgraded Loran Douglas Field.
