Eric Albin fights for possession in Newberg’s 2-2 draw versus Reynolds. The Tigers nearly delivered a win in their first match on the freshly-installed artificial turf at Loran Douglas Field, but a defensive miscue allowed the Raiders to tie the game with 4:54 left in the second half.
Newberg is getting a lot of things right these days, but the Tigers couldn’t put it all together and came away with just two goals in games this week versus Franklin and Reynolds.
