City needs ‘Caution Deer Crossing’ signs on some streets

   To the editor:    On Oct. 11, when I was walking on Fulton Street as it crossed over Hess Creek, I observed two young adult deer trotting up from the canyon to cross over Fulton Street and return into the canyon on the other side.
