Mart Storm, of Dundee, is moving ahead with his appeal of the Newberg-Dundee bypass.
After filing his intent to appeal in August, Storm’s attorney, Andrew Stamp, reviewed the county’s response and filed the official appeal earlier this month with the state’s Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA).
