Fire department will continue ‘scaled back’ Turkey Carnival

Festivities — Organizer said participation, finances led to removal of antique games from annual fundraising event by volunteer association

   “Scaled back” was the term used by Newberg Fire Department Volunteer Association President Steve Warden to describe the 72nd annual Turkey Carnival, planned for this Friday and Saturday.
