George Fox senior Kelsey Morrison chips to set up a par putt on hole No. 15 at the Oregon Amateur Championship Friday at Tualatin Country Club. Morrison made the putt to defeat Tiffany Schoning 4 and 3 in the quarterfinals in the morning, then lost to Kendall Price 1 down after 18 holes in the semifinals in the afternoon.
TUALATIN — Having already advanced further in the Oregon Amateur Championship than any other George Fox player in history, senior Kelsey Morrison played perhaps her best golf of the tournament in the semifinals Friday afternoon at the Tualatin Country Club.
