Peter DePaoli spoke before an audience of two dozen members of the Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest at its Tuesday monring meeting. He said in the current economic climate the Tigard ministry Reclaiming Victory Ministries has shepherded numerous pastors through the potential minefield of being bi-vocational; pastoring a church while holding a secular job.
When parishioners need ministry, they go to their pastors. When pastors need ministry, they turn to Reclaiming Victory Ministries and Peter DePaoli.
