Ty Curtis’ blues guitar work prompted a few people to get up and dance in this week’s installment of Tunes on Tuesday adjacent to the Chehalem Cultural Center.
By the third installation of the 2012 Tunes on Tuesday summer concert series, Newberg’s music lovers had the program down: Arrive early to patronize the Newberg Farmers Market before it closes, then claim a spot on the grass at Rotary Centennial Park, wander through Merchants Alley and hit up the eateries there for dinner, unleash the kids on the playground and settle back on lawn chairs or blankets to take in the music, perhaps getting up occasionally to dance.
