Regional representatives say the Newberg Jack in the Box is ready to open after months of construction, but will sit idle until internal company issues are resolved.
   Construction and hiring are complete for Newberg’s new Jack in the Box location, but the fast food joint’s opening is likely weeks away due to issues at the corporate level.
