Serious crash —
18-year-old Colby Jungwirth, of St. Paul, had an arm severed when his Toyota 4Runner rolled over before landing upright in a field Saturday.
A St. Paul teen was left in serious condition after a Saturday afternoon rollover crash severed his left arm.
