Newberg attorneys Jessica Cain and Kevin Kinney, formerly partners in the now-defunct firm Gunn Cain & Kinney, will appear in a trial panel hearing May 16-18 before the Oregon State Bar on professional misconduct charges brought forward in 2010 based on the allegations of two former employees.
