Decision in Stoller Vineyards case being heard by Court of Appeals

Land use — Judges’ ruling on vineyard’s conditional use permit is expected by March 19; Friends of Yamhill County is one appellant in case

   A conditional-use permit by Stoller Vineyards — first approved by Yamhill County and later upheld by the state Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) — has now been challenged to the judicial system, and a decision by the court is expected in the coming months.
