The historic house at 1103 N. Meridian St. appears poised to become the restored centerpiece of a 56-unit affordable housing development following the Newberg Planning Commission’s unanimous approval last week of the project’s site plans.
An estimated $10 million, 56-unit affordable housing project on Meridian Street was unanimously approved by the Newberg Planning Commission last week following a public hearing.
