NOCAP on track to move into new digs in 2013

A masonry contractor works Monday on the new NOCAP building, which will include science and computer labs, a PE room and four classrooms for the estimated 150 to 200 students in the program.
   Until June, the Newberg Off-Campus Alternative Program, or NOCAP, had been meeting near Mabel Rush Elementary School in portables notorious for leaks, nesting birds and frequent calls to the school district’s maintenance office.
