The ‘Twinkie,’ a new dessert created by the staff of Subterra — A Wine Cellar Restaurant, is comprised of pastry cream encased in sweet-rum-soaked sponge cake, accompanied by hot buttered rum and house-made whipped cream.
   On Nov. 16, one of the country’s largest snack-makers, Hostess Brands, announced it would cease operations and liquidate its assets through federal bankruptcy court.
