Newberg’s new food cart, Uprooted, seems to have been aptly named. The sight of a food cart in town — a rarity in itself — amplified by the realization that said cart offers high-end fare such as cheese plates and truffle fries may make those visiting downtown feel they’ve been uprooted and planted in, say, Portland.
