Suntron’s Newberg plant, on Brutscher Road, closed in March 2010 and has remained empty ever since. City officials say the recession makes finding a new tenant difficult.
   More than a year after the plant closed, the former Suntron building remains uninhabited — one of several sites around town that go unfilled in the wake of the recession.
