Thousands of spectators gather in the stands at the St. Paul Rodeo every year, but the association that puts on the annual Fourth of July event says the structure needs renovation.
The town of St. Paul has been hosting one of the nation’s largest rodeos for 75 years and organizers think it’s time they owned the arena and grounds where the event is held.
