New signs designed to help with traffic flow near elementary school

Public safety — Programmable signs will alert drivers of their speed and schedule of 20 mph zone

   In the next nine weeks the city of Newberg will install electronic signs identifying the stretch of Mountainview Drive that is a 20 mph school zone.
