Friends of Yamhill County appeals EOA remand to city

Newberg government— City officials say they think issues will be easy to resolve; appellants expect it will be more difficult

   While the city of Newberg contends that issues raised in the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA)’s remand of the city’s Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA) were technical and will be fairly easy to remedy, EOA opponents beg to differ.
