County could see lawsuit over endangered butterfly

Endangered species — Coalition notifies county it will sue in January unless changes are made

    A tiny butterfly has turned into a big problem for Yamhill County, which was notified in early November by a coalition of groups and individuals that unless something changes in the next two months, the county will be sued for violating the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
