The Yamhill County Transit Area is a cooperative transit system that covers the county and delivers passengers as far east as Tigard via its fleet of buses.
   Two years after discovering their executive director had embezzled thousands of dollars, the Chehalem Valley Senior Citizens Council is back on its feet — and its biggest outreach, Chehalem Valley Transit, is faring better than ever.
