Government — Newberg High School graduate will step down after quarter-century of public service in Yamhill County

John Gray began his legal career in Newberg in 1973 after graduating from the University of Oregon law school.
   John Gray, Yamhill County counsel for the past 24 years, will step down in October, he announced last week to the Board of Commissioners.
