An intoxicated driver crashed into a tree in the 200 block of Carlton Way at 7 p.m. Monday night after attempting to flee police pursuit on River Street.

   Newberg-Dundee police officers arrested an intoxicated driver Monday night after he crashed a car into the front yard of a home near George Fox University while fleeing police.
