Assuming George Fox beats Louisiana College Friday night in the playoffs of the Division III national women’s basketball tournament (we’re confident they will), and given that Newberg High School easily dispatched South Salem Wednesday in the first round of the Class 6A boys basketball tournament, it’s time for Newberg residents to step up their support.
