Congress — Reserve naval officer David Robinson will face the incumbent in the May primary election

David Robinson's bid to defeat David Wu for the 1st Congressional seat will begin with the May primary.
   David Wu will not be allowed to simply coast to re-election this year. Before he faces a Republican opponent in the November general election, he’ll first have to dispatch at least one democratic challenger in the May primaries.
