Fugitive speedster sentenced in Yamhill County

   Fugitive Jason Dungan, arrested Nov. 24 in Newberg after crashing his car outside the Public Safety Building during a police pursuit, was sentenced to three years in prison last week in Yamhill County Circuit Court.
