Oct. 28 Newberg-Dundee Police reports

Oct. 17
— A 17-year-old Newberg boy was taken into custody for two counts of second-degree criminal mischief following two incidents of graffiti vandalism, one in Dundee last month and the other from June 2008 at Jaquith Park. He was referred to Yamhill County juvenile authorities and released to his parents.
Oct. 18
— Thomas Leslie Ellwood, 41, of Albany, was arrested on a warrant from the Linn County Justice Court. He was held on $942 bail at the Yamhill County jail in McMinnville.
Oct. 20
— Jeffrey Michael Blickenstaff, 39, 2310 Oak St., was arrested on a Yamhill County probation detainer. He was held without bail at the county jail.
— Steve Manu
el Torres, 26, of Burlington, Colo., was arrested for initiating a false police report. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
Oct. 21
— Colleen Faye Pearson, 58, of Dundee, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, third-degree assault and recklessly endangering, She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
— Antonio Baltazar Marroquin, 26, 817 Sierra Vista Drive, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court and released.
Oct. 22
— Shannon Adele Gray, 21, of McMinnville, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
— Brian Douglas Stevens, 42, 912 E. Second St., was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
— David Robert Kuhn, 52, of Lake Oswego, was arrested on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply. He was held on $10,000 bail at the county jail.
— Dennis Weylin Hardaway, 22, 300 S. Everest Road #44, was arrested on a Yamhill County probation detainer. He was held without bail at the county jail.
— Tricia Diane Manley, 34, 1412 N. Deborah Road #1, was arrested on a Yamhill County probation detainer. She was held without bail at the county jail.
— A 14-year-old Newberg girl was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault following an Oct. 20 incident at Newberg High School. She was held at the Yamhill County Detention Facility in McMinnville.
— A 13-year-old Newberg boy was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault following an incident at Chehalem Valley Middle School. He was held at the county detention facility.
Oct. 21
— A 17-year-old Newberg boy and resident of Chehalem House was taken into custody and charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault and one count of strangulation following an investigation into incidents on Sept. 29 and Oct. 21. He was referred to Yamhill County juvenile authorities and released to staff.
