Sept. 21
— Antonio Baltazar Marroquin, 25, 1210 S. College St. #134, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
Sept. 26
— Felipe Ramon Cantu, 30,of Lafayette, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit court and released.
Sept. 27
— Jeffrey Franklin Altringer, of Amity, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit court and released.
— A 16-year-old Newberg girl was taken into custody for runaway. She was
referred to Yamhill County juvenile authorities and released to her parents.
Sept. 28
— David Alexander Terrill, 35, 314 W. Sherman St., was arrested for first-degree burglary, harassment and third-degree theft following an incident at his home. He was held on $25,000 bail at the county jail.
— Justin Lee Brugger, 18, 909 Marie, was arrested for first-degree theft following the investigation into an incident. He was held on a Yamhill County probation detainer and also charged with resisting arrest and third-degree escape during the custody. He was held without bail at the county jail.
— Rick Henry Hofsheier, Jr., 36, 918 Villa Road, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear at the Newberg Municipal court and released.
— Krista Marie Handy, 31, 2433 Heritage Way, was arrested for first-degree theft, aggravated first-degree theft and negotiating a bad check, following an investigation involving a local bank. She was held on $30,000 bail at the county jail
— A 15-year-old Newberg boy was taken into custody for harassment following an incident at Newberg High School. He was referred to Yamhill County juvenile authorities and released to his parents.
Sept. 29
— Gary Michael Dawson, 48, 901 S. Willamette St #1, was arrested on a Yamhill County warrant for failure to appear. He was held on $20,000 bail at the county jail.
— Jose Manuel Curiel, 28, of Dundee, was arrested on a Yamhill County warrant for first-degree theft. He was held on $5,000 bail at the county jail.
Oct. 1
— Jerry DeWayne Rosenstiel, 49, 24049 N.E. Homeacres Road, was arrested for first-degree theft following an investigation into his business practices. He was held on $10,000 bail at the county jail.
