Nov. 1
— Hilda Galaviz, of Dayton, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.

Nov. 3
— Taylor John Hoss, 20, of Tigard, was arrested for failure to leave name and address at the scene of an accident, giving false information to a police officer and failure to present an operator license, following the investigation into an Oct. 5 incident on Springbrook Road. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court and released.
— Radilla Rodolfo, 18, 1103 N. Springbrook Road #5, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for minor in possession of alcohol.
— A 13-year-old Newberg boy was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was held at the Yamhill County Detention Facility in McMinnville.

Nov. 5
— Brandon Jacob Weckel, 22, 1412 N. Deborah Road #5, was arrested for third-degree theft following an incident at the Newberg Bi-Mart store. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court and released.
