Area law enforcement officials are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.
Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg Police Department.

Oct. 28
— Phillip Joseph Needham, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for theft of services.
— James Alfred Nicholas, 72, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree sodomy.
— Anthony John Niddrie, 41, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — Driving under the influence of intoxicants and careless driving.
— Robert Daniel Nieto, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree forgery.
— Lavern Henry Nix, 54, is wanted on a probation violation for disorderly conduct.
— Patrick Brian Noble, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.
— Roy Vincent Noonan, 41, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
 — Leslie Aennea Norman, 68, is wanted on a probation violation for theft.
— Laura L. Norris, 39, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — First-degree criminal trespass and forfeiting security.
— Sheila Ann North, 42, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — First- and second-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
— James Edward Nowell, 51, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — Possession of a controlled substance.
— Enrique Nunez, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary.
— Felix Nunez, 31, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — Driving under the influence of intoxicants.
— Steven Michael O’Nonnell, 53, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — Driving under the influence of intoxicants.
— Mario Alberton Olcuin, 30, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — Driving under the influence of intoxicants.
— Gabriel Oliva, 21, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.
— Lazaro E. Olivo, 46, is wanted on a warrant for criminal mistreatment.
— Marinanella Olivo, 35, is wanted on a warrant for second-degree child neglect.
— Andres Cueva Olmedo, 49, is wanted on a warrant for first-degree sex abuse.
— Shelton Dean Olsen, 24, is wanted on a warrant for fourth-degree assault.
— Mark Peter Olsen, 54, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — Improper use of 9-1-1.
— Juanita Jane Underwood, 22, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — Second-degree theft.
— Eustorgio Lopez Vargas, 28, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear — Menacing and second-degree criminal trespass.
— Cole Dwayne Simpson, 37, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision.
— Gabrial Aguilera-Vega, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for failure to register as a sex offender.
