Oct. 20
— Bradley Francis Molash, 2902 E. Second St., Space 20, was arrested for fourth-degree assault following an incident at a local restaurant and bar. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
Oct. 23
— A 12-year old Newberg boy was taken into custody for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school. He was referred to Yamhill County Juvenile authorities and released to his parents.
— Andre Philippe Boon, 36, 33720 N.E. Corral Creek Road, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal court and released.
— Jacob Tyler Robinson, 19, 212th Ave., Gresham, was arrested on a Washington County warra
nt for failure to appear and first-degree criminal mischief. He was held on $15,300 bail at the county jail.
Oct. 24
— Joshua James Jordan, 21, 718 S. Chehalem St., was arrested on a Yamhill County warrant for failure to appear and furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was held on $5,000 bail at the county jail.
— Ramiro Moralez, 39, 1416 S. Sandoz Road, was arrested on a Yamhill County Probation detainer. He was held without bail at the county jail.
— A 17-year old Dundee boy was taken into custody for trespassing and minor in possession of alcohol following an incident near his home. He was held on a probation detainer at the county jail.
Oct. 25
— Michael James Butts, 48, 1217 N.E. 117th St., Vancouver, Wash., was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
