Dec. 5
— Michael Blake Ethridge, Jr. 23, of McMinnville, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
Dec. 8
— A 13-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl were taken into custody for second-degree theft and theft by receiving following an incident at Mountain View Middle School. Both were referred to Yamhill County juvenile authorities and released to their parents.
Dec. 12
— Jeffrey Ralph Coffin, 45, 26795 N.E. Mountaintop Road, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
— Reveriano Morales-Dejesus, 36, of Sheridan, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.
— A 14-year-old Newberg girl and resident of Chehalem House was taken into custody for harassment. She was referred to Yamhill County juvenile authorities and released to Chehalem House staff.
Dec. 13
— Byron Jonathan Porter, 41, 1200 N. Meridian St. #12, was arrested for harassment following an incident at his home.  He was held on $2,500 bail at the Yamhill County jail in McMinnville.
— Thomas Skeets Ponder, 20, of Dundee, and Alexandro Daniel Martinez, 19, of Dayton, were cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for being minors in possession of alcohol.
