We accept PDF file formats of ads with the fonts and images embedded.  As an e-mail attachment, please keep your files under three megabytes.  Our e-mail address is graphicads@eaglenewspapers.com.  Please put attention to your advertising sales representative's name and also the name of the advertiser.  Please include contact information in case of problems or errors.

* Our creative department has art services and the creative capacity to assist you in creating advertising with impact. Normal advertising layouts to run in this newspaper are provided at no charge to the advertiser.
* Tearsheets in normal quantities will be provided upon request.
* Where possible, proof copies of your advertising will be faxed to you before publication date.
