Longtime festival court chaperones retire

    For the first time in nearly 20 years, Old Fashioned Festival princesses will have all new chaperones next year.    Jill Dorrell, 56, who recruited her friends Stacy McGinnis, 53, and Becky Green, 60, to serve with her, decided to retire after this year and the others followed suit for different reasons.
